3rd reflection_Rosales Edrian

This is me Edrian Rosales
For our 3rd reflection in cc-105 we discussed the information system to our society that includes the security and privacy. I learned about information system activities as I remembered they have three, the input of data, the process of data, and the output of information. For my short explanation of that three, for the input of data this is use to collect data or raw data to insert into system, for process it is also collecting data but they filtered the data and sorting the data to turn into useful information, and for the output this is the present or the finished of the system that we need to make a printed documents, and make reports to our system.

Now I know that there's not only one inventory in transaction processing systems, they have transit inventory, buffer inventory, and cycling inventory. And I also understand about The System Development Life Cycle this is the cycle of system that have phases or steps to process that helps to make our system efficient and also the number one needs the user friendly. The first step is Planning, the planning is the time when we set goals, check if the project is possible, and plan resources. The second is Requirement Analysis, we need to gather user needs. The third is Design, we need to create the system's blueprint inshort the structure.

The fourth is Development for the development this is the time when we write the actual code. The fifth is Testing this is very important to fix if there's a bugs and errors. The sixth is Implementation launches the system for users. And for the last phase of system development life cycle is the Maintenance this is very important to our system to run the system smoothly with updates and fixes. That's all I remembered on discussion about information system and system development life cycle, I hope on the next discussion I gained another knowledge and information.
